MOBY SPL INFORMS ABOUT CANCELLATION OF DEPARTURES TILL NOVEMBER 27

Dear passengers,
 
The MOBY SPL company informs you about the cancellation of cruises on the ferry Princess Anastasia from 15 to 27 November, 2019. According to the latest information, the ferry departure from Helsinki on November 27 was canceled. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience. 
 
Canceled departures:
- from St. Petersburg on November 16, 18, 22 and 24
- from Helsinki on November 15, 17, 21, 23, 25 and 27
- from Tallinn on November 19 and 25
- from Stockholm on November 20 and 26. 
 
At the moment, the ferry is in a dry dock in Poland for special technical work. Safety and comfort of passengers is the main priority in the work of our company. Therefore, the company decided to cancel the ferry departures till 27 November, 2019 due to these technical works on the ship. A new schedule will be published after docking the ship. 
 
We kindly ask all passengers and media representatives to take into account only the official comments from the MOBY SPL company.

The Company treats each passenger with respect and is taking its best efforts to make the cruise as comfortable as possible. Please note that you can send requests for changing the cruise dates on the same routes in the period from December 2019 or whole cruise season 2020 without changing the terms of payment. You can also send a refund requests for canceled ferry departures.

All inquiries shall be considered within 10 days from the date the claim was filed.
