MOBY SPL INFORMS ABOUT CANCELLATION OF DEPARTURES TILL DECEMBER 1

Dear passengers,
 
Due to the need for additional inspection and maintenance work, the Princess Anastasia ferry's departure from the dock is postponed.The MOBY SPL company informs you about the cancellation of cruises of ferry departures from St. Petersburg on  November 28 and 30 and from Helsinki on November 29 and December 1. Booking of cruises with departures until December 5, 2019 is temporarily suspended in a preventive way. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience. A new schedule will be updated regularly as new information becomes available.
 
Canceled departures:
- from St. Petersburg on November 16, 18, 22, 24, 28 and 30
- from Helsinki on November 15, 17, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29 and December 1
- from Tallinn on November 19 and 25
- from Stockholm on November 20 and 26. 
 
We kindly ask all passengers and media representatives to take into account only the official comments from the MOBY SPL company.

The Company treats each passenger with respect and is taking its best efforts to make the cruise as comfortable as possible. Please note that you can send requests for changing the cruise dates on the same routes in the period from December 2019 or whole cruise season 2020 without changing the terms of payment. You can also send a refund requests for canceled ferry departures.

All inquiries shall be considered within 10 days from the date the claim was filed.
