MOBY SPL INFORMS ABOUT CANCELLATION OF CRUISES IN 2020

Dear passengers and partners of the company!

 

The MOBY SPL informs you about the cancellation of ferry departures from March 21 to December 28, 2020 inclusive.

 

Our company cares about the health and welfare of its clients, employees and crew members. The decision to cancel ferry departures in 2020 was made due to the availability of preventive measures for the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in EU countries, in Russian Federation and the temporary restrictions of entry to the territory of these countries for tourism purposes. Also important is the fact of the absence of a deadline for normalizing the epidemiological situation.

 

For all customers who have made reservations for canceled cruises, we suggest changing the travel dates to the same route with departure of the ferry in 2021. Details of the algorithm for changing cruise dates below:

 

ATTENTION! Taking into account the increased demand for booking cruises in 2021, the company sets a deadline for deciding on a new cruise date until September 30, 2020. If the request is not sent until 31.10.2020, for the convenience of customers, the company will automatically send e-vouchers with a value of the cost of reservations. This voucher can be used to pay for booking cruises for 2021.

 

• If you booked a cruise in the travel agency, please contact your manager at the agency.
• If you booked a cruise in the direct sales office of MOBY SPL in Helsinki and Tallinn, you can send a request to terminal.helsinki@stpeterline.com (attachments up to 10 MB)
• If you booked a cruise on the website of our company, you can send a request to the booking center help@stpeterline.com (attachments up to 10 MB)
• If you have additional requests or complaints, you can send a request to service department service@stpeterline.com (attachments up to 10 MB).

If changing the dates of the cruise 2021 isn’t possible for you, you can send a request for cancellation and refund to the above contacts.
