The MOBY SPL informs you about the cancellation of ferry departures from March 21 to May 13, 2020 due to the extension of preventive measures for the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in EU countries, in Russian Federation and the temporary restrictions of entry to the territory of these countries. 
Based on the recommendations of professionals and experts in the tourism industry with regard to a settlement of issues about canceled cruises, the MOBY SPL company decided on the following actions. 
For customers who have made reservations for canceled cruises, we suggest changing the travel dates to the same route with departure of the ferry till December 28, 2020.
Please note that the cost of reservations will be automatically converted to your future cruise credit. Company also provides you a bonus equal to 15% of your booking value. The bonus can only be used to pay for cabins, fees, excursions and any additional services, except meals. 
ATTENTION! Taking into account the absence of a deadline for normalizing the epidemiological situation, the company sets a deadline for deciding on a new cruise date until September 30, 2020.
The procedure for changing the dates of a cruise is below:
  • If you booked a cruise in the travel agency, please contact your manager at the agency.
  • If you booked a cruise in the direct sales office of MOBY SPL in Helsinki and Tallinn, you can send a request to (attachments up to 10 MB)
  • If you booked a cruise on the website of our company, you can send a request to the booking center (attachments up to 10 MB)
  • If you have additional requests or complaints, you can send a request to service department (attachments up to 10 MB). 
MOBY SPL informs you about the temporary changes in working hours for all departments of the MOBY SPL company from March 28 to April 30, 2020. Please note that the sales offices, booking center, information center and the administrative office will not be open until April 30, 2020. Due to these changes in working hours, the company temporarily suspends work with all incoming requests from clients until the resumption of the regular working hours. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and we kindly ask you to understand this situation.
