Dear passengers traveling by ferry from November 6 to 8, 2019,
MOBY SPL thanks you for choosing the ferry Princess Anastasia for your cruise in the Baltic Sea.
We apologize for the temporary inconvenience that occurred due to changes in the ferry schedule on November 6-08, 2019. Due to the fact that safety of the passengers is main priority and according to the regulations for sea transportation, on November 07, 2019 the journey continued only after the problems were solved and the captain and the crew to ensured navigation safety and fulfilled requirements provided by law in respect of navigation safety.
The Company treats each passenger with respect and is taking its best efforts to make the cruise as comfortable as possible. Please note that you can send a claim by e-mail to email@example.com. The claim shall be considered within 10 days from the date the claim was filed.
