ST.PETER LINE took a course to international market
ST. PETER LINE company has presented new opportunities in Germany participated in International tourism Fair ITB Berlin 2014.
According to general director of ST. PETER LINE, Sergey Kotenev, the participation in the fair gave an opportunity to establish contacts with foreign partners of tourism sphere, and also to discuss prospects and ways of mutual development of tourism business with German.
"It's about the possible commercial cooperation with Turkish, Indian, Polish, Latvian and Italian colleagues. In addition, representatives of Russian and German travel market, discussed prospects and ways of joint development of cruise business," - said Sergei Kotenev.
The head of company added that ST.PETER LINE will continue to participate in fairs of such scale in order to expand cooperation with foreign partners and to advance on foreign markets its product and services.
ST.PETER LINE company is the largest ferry operator in Russia, on the market from 2010. Company`s fleet includes two first-class ships - Princess Maria and Princess Anastasia. The company runs regular cruises on Helsinki - Stockholm - Tallinn - St. Petersburg line and Helsinki - St. Petersburg line.
In 2013 year, the ferry operator transported 750 thousand of Russian and foreign tourists, the growth of passenger traffic amounted to about 20%. Forecast for 2014 - 10%.
Annual ITB Berlin fair is the largest event in the tourism industry. This year the exhibition hosted more than 10 thousand representatives of tourist business from 188 countries of the world and more than 170 000 visitors.
