MOBY SPL INFORMS ABOUT CANCELLATION OF DEPARTURES TILL NOVEMBER 26

Dear passengers,
 
The MOBY SPL company informs about changes in the schedule of the ferry Princess Anastasia from 15 to 26 November, 2019. Please note that ferry departures from St. Petersburg on November 16, 18, 22 and 24, from Helsinki on November 15, 17, 21, 23 and 25, from Tallinn on November 19 and 25, from Stockholm on November 20 and 26 are canceled. Booking of cruises from 27 November to 1 December  is temporarily suspended in a preventive way. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience. 
 
Safety and comfort of passengers is the main priority in the work of our company. Therefore, the company decided to cancel the ferry departures from 15 to 26 November, 2019 due to the need for special technical work on the ship. At the moment, the ferry is awaiting entry into the dry dock, a new schedule will be published after docking the ship. 
 
We kindly ask all passengers and media representatives to take into account only the official comments from the MOBY SPL company.

The Company treats each passenger with respect and is taking its best efforts to make the cruise as comfortable as possible. Please note that you can send requests for changing the cruise dates on the same routes in the period from December 2019 or whole cruise season 2020 without changing the terms of payment. You can also send a refund requests for canceled ferry departures.
