MOBY SPL INFORMS ABOUT CHANGES IN THE FERRY SCHEDULE TILL JULY 12, 2020
Dear passengers and partners of the company,
The MOBY SPL informs you about the cancellation of ferry departures from March 21 to July 12, 2020 inclusive due to the availability of preventive measures for the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in EU countries, in Russian Federation and the temporary restrictions of entry to the territory of these countries for tourism purposes.
For all customers who have made reservations for canceled cruises, we suggest changing the travel dates to the same route with departure of the ferry till December 28, 2020. However, taking into account the absence of a deadline for normalizing the epidemiological situation, booking of cruises with departures until August 31, 2020 is temporarily suspended in a preventive way. If your cruise will be cancelled due to these restrictions you will be able to transfer it to a later date.
The resumption of passenger ferry services is a highest priority for MOBY SPL. When the restrictions of entry to the territory of countries for tourism purposes will be removed, the company will be ready to resume cruises.

ATTENTION! Taking into account the absence of a deadline for normalizing the epidemiological situation, the company sets a deadline for deciding on a new cruise date until September 30, 2020.
Please note that the cost of reservations will be automatically converted to your future cruise credit. Company also provides you a bonus equal to 15% of your booking value. The bonus can only be used to pay for cabins, fees, excursions and any additional services, except meals.
