MOBY SPL INFORMS ABOUT CANCELLATION OF DEPARTURES TILL DECEMBER 18

Dear passengers,
 
Due to the need for additional inspection and maintenance work, the Princess Anastasia ferry's departure from the dock is postponed. The MOBY SPL company informs you about the cancellation of ferry departures until 18 December, 2019We apologize for the temporary inconvenience. A new schedule will be updated regularly as new information becomes available. The procedure for changing the dates of a cruise or cancellation of bookings is below.

- from St. Petersburg on November 16, 18, 22, 24, 28, 30 and December 2, 6, 8, 12, 14, 16
- from Helsinki on November 15, 17, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29 and December 1, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15
- from Tallinn on November 19, 25 and December 3, 9, 17 
- from Stockholm on November 20, 26 and December 4, 10, 18 
 
We kindly ask all passengers and media representatives to take into account only the official comments from the MOBY SPL company.

Information for passengers who planned a cruise from November 14 to December 18, 2019:

Please note that you can send requests for changing the cruise dates on the same routes in the cruise season 2020 without changing the terms of payment. You can also send a refund requests for canceled ferry departures. 
  • If you booked a cruise in the travel agency, please contact your manager at the agency.
  • If you booked a cruise directly with our company, you can send a request by e-mail to the booking center help@stpeterline.com or to our service department service@stpeterline.com (attachments up to 10 MB).
All inquiries shall be considered within 10 days from the date the claim was filed.
